Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled, however you must contact us within 12 hours of payment. Once the packaging and shipping process has  started, it can no longer be canceled.


You can request a refund if:

  • You do not receive your package within the guaranteed time of 30 business days not including 1-3 business days processing time). For international orders: 45 business days *This has been updated to reflect the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You received a broken item 

For incorrect and broken orders we may ask you to provide photos as proof.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • You provided the wrong shipping address
  • Your order does not arrive due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster);
  • You ordered  the wrong product
